What You Will Do
Design and build data models, define data transformation logic, create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and lead and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data management, BI, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, data quality, and data governance principles
- Hands-on experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Client-facing mindset with strong stakeholder management capabilities
