Sales Enablement Support Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Support Manager develops and manages education, resources, and tools that strengthen Commercial readiness across MRO’s clinical data solutions, services, and processes.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain education for Commercial teams across product knowledge, clinical services, workflows, processes, positioning, and other enablement needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical services, sales enablement, education, product marketing, learning and development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows; experience with clinical data, registries, quality programs, or healthcare data solutions strongly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the intended audience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across different levels and areas of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, identify needs, solve ambiguous problems, and move initiatives forward without requiring detailed direction.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable platforms to improve productivity, develop content, analyze information, automate workflows, or solve business problems.
• Experience with Salesforce, Highspot, Hubspot, Tableau, Salesloft, and other enablement tools highly preferred.
