Data Analyst – Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Data Analyst – Finance Operations plays a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI, automation and data-driven ways of working across Finance Operations, supporting Engineering, Cabin Crew, Flight Operations and Airports. This role drives process simplification, improves data quality and delivers self-service analytics solutions that enable faster, more informed decision-making.

What You Will Do

Drive AI, automation and process improvement initiatives across Finance Operations, build and maintain low-code/no-code solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and the broader Microsoft Power Platform, develop data pipelines, models to facilitate self-service reporting, analytics and workflow solutions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence or finance transformation roles
• Experience working in Finance, Finance Transformation, Finance Operations business improvement or a similar environment, with a strong understanding of Finance processes and business needs
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tooling
• Hands on experience with AI tools (Co-Pilot preferred) and automation platforms (Microsoft Fabric suite of products) is desirable
• Familiarity with ERP and financial systems – Oracle, TM1 (desirable)
