Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will build and grow a portfolio of clients across the Middle East, generating new business through various channels and qualifying and nurturing prospects through the full sales cycle.

What You Will Do

The role involves tracking pipeline and account activity, representing QIMA at regional industry events, and partnering with operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in quality control, testing, inspection, certification, or supply chain services
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable owning and managing your own schedule and pipeline with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI Tech
