Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at QIMA, you will be responsible for developing and enlarging the sales pipeline based on new clients, new markets, and new products. You will maintain existing clients with smooth communication and efficient supporting, achieve annual targets for the team and for yourself, and develop sales/marketing strategies to execute plans.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing sales/marketing strategies, executing plans, acting as a spokesperson for the organization, networking with peers, weekly/monthly reporting on sales and key account performance, and assisting with preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 1-3 years related working experience in TIC industry for Softline or hardline or electrical products
  • Knowledge of international quality and safety standards for testing of Softline or hardline or electrical products
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
