Senior FP&A

Role Overview

Join a fast-growing, multi-BU group where priorities shift quickly and the finance function is scaling with the business. You will be expected to learn fast, take ownership early, and adapt your methods as the company evolves.

What You Will Do

Own the relationship with budget owners, prepare their monthly KPI packs, run variance analysis, partner with Accounting and HR, deliver strategic insights to senior management, and continuously improve reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, or Accounting roles
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Oracle or comparable Accounting ERP systems
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in English (writing and verbal communication)
