As Senior Marketing Manager at QSIC, you will build the retailer marketing function from the ground up, own go-to-market strategy for retail partners, drive expansion into new markets, and create a repeatable, scalable GTM playbook. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and strategy, turning retailer relationships into repeatable commercial motion.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing with meaningful time spent in retail media, retail marketing, adtech, or a related commercial marketing function
- Experience at a startup or high-growth company with the ability to build without a playbook and write one rather than waiting for someone else to
- Strong cross-functional instincts with the ability to operate strategically and execute operationally
- Strong writing ability with the ability to make a complex value proposition land simply
- Retail media depth with familiarity with how retail media networks operate, how brands buy media in-store, and what retailers care about
- Startup, scrappy not crappy mindset with the ability to build things that work before they scale
