Role Overview
Manage processes, systems, data, and AI-enabled workflows for revenue functions (Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success) at Qualio. The role is all-remote and distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia.
What You Will Do
Manage the revenue technology stack, build and maintain automations, integrations, and AI agents, and serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models
- Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with Gong, Omni, HubSpot, and DealHub
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms
- Strong quantitative skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
