Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the FP&A team, responsible for monthly forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis at all levels of the P&L, cost centers, and consolidated. They work closely with Xome business leaders to ensure forecast assumptions are aligned with current work initiatives.
What You Will Do
Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for areas of responsibility, build forecast models and ad hoc analyses, and track performance against key metrics.

The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling skills, experience in FP&A or corporate finance, and proficiency in financial planning tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in a financial planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle, TM1, Hyperion, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
