Role Overview

Quince is seeking an SEO Manager to own the organic strategy for their European markets, building a European playbook and driving organic growth in the region.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will own the UK/EU SEO & AEO strategy, build and maintain a market-level roadmap, and drive answer engine optimisation across Europe.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in SEO, ideally in ecommerce, retail or consumer brands, with meaningful ownership of organic performance.
  • Demonstrable experience running SEO across more than one country or language.
  • Strong working knowledge of technical SEO: crawl and indexation, site architecture, structured data, page performance.
  • Content-led SEO experience: keyword and demand research, content strategy, briefing writers, and building category and editorial content that ranks and converts.
  • Practical exposure to AEO — structured data, entity management, and a real point of view on how Quince should show up in AI-driven discovery.
  • Comfortable in the data: Google Search Console, GA4, and the standard SEO toolset (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog or similar).
