Role Overview
As a Sales Lead, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience and promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter. You will lead a team of service-minded associates and guide company programs to increase sales and set the store to exceed expectations.
What You Will Do
Exemplify the guest experience, coach team members on product knowledge, and partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs. Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs, and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems are required.
