Role Overview

Join the IAM Tribe at Rabobank as a Data Analyst/BI Developer to help shape the future of Identity & Access Management. The role involves extracting value from IAM data, creating actionable insights, and developing scalable data & reporting products to support self-service business intelligence and data-informed decision-making processes.

What You Will Do

Design and develop new data & reporting products in the Microsoft Azure stack, work on innovative solutions for complex business needs, and develop scalable data & reporting products to support and accelerate self-service business intelligence and data-informed decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and creating scalable solutions that empower others through self-service analytics. A background in IAM is preferred, but not a hard requirement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer sciences
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BI developer in a complex IT landscape
• Experienced in working with SQL and developing ETL solutions
• Experienced in working with Azure data platform
• Knowledge of data modelling in Analysis Services or Power BI
• Agile mindset and experience in working agile/scrum
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication and cooperation skills
• Can do mentality and eager to explore and learn new technologies

• Gross monthly salary between € 4.105 and € 5.862
• Thirteenth month’s salary
