Growth Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead an enterprise-wide growth agenda across RACV’s diverse portfolio, uncovering new opportunities to accelerate acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, engagement and customer lifetime value.

What You Will Do

Build and manage RACV’s growth pipeline, develop growth hypotheses and initiatives, maintain a prioritised pipeline of initiatives, lead growth planning and optimisation, drive experimentation and measurable impact, connect paid and owned growth, and lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Significant experience in growth marketing, digital optimisation, CRM, lifecycle marketing, ecommerce or performance marketing environments
• Demonstrated success building growth pipelines, experimentation programs or optimisation roadmaps
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion optimisation, segmentation, personalisation and customer lifecycle marketing
• Experience using customer data, analytics and experimentation to drive acquisition, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value
• Commercially focused decision-making with strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Digital, Data and Marketing teams
• Experience leading teams and developing capability in complex, multi-product organisations
