Role Overview
The Financial Operations Assistant will oversee an area of the group’s operational and invoicing processes, ensuring that systems and processes are used effectively to maximise efficiency. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload in order to meet challenging deadlines.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will produce high-quality and accurate customer invoices, process customer Direct Debits, and work closely with other Departments to resolve internal and external queries. They will also contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.
