Role Overview
The Partner Manager will be responsible for stimulating revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in Belgium. The role involves managing the entire channel development process to achieve revenue targets, maintaining relationships with decision-makers at partners, and serving as a Single Point of Contact between them and internal teams. The Partner Manager will also be responsible for expanding the network of partners and boosting sales activities.
What You Will Do
Develop, activate, and optimize the partner ecosystem in Belgium, manage the channel development process, maintain relationships with decision-makers, and work closely with sales leaders to provide high-quality leads.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or business development (Channel Manager, Field Sales Manager, or partner management)
- Proven track record of achieving, exceeding, and developing and managing partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acuity and analytical skills
- Knowledge of local market trends in Flanders and surrounding regions
- Understanding of partnership ecosystems and their impact on business growth
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
- Technologically savvy and proficient with MS Office applications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned area
