Student Support (f/m/x) – Agile Delivery Retail and Marketing – Marketing Technology

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized student to support our Marketing Technology team. You will work closely with the Delivery Manager and a small team covering PMO and finance, service management, solution architecture and the active desk.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and follow up on procurement-related activities, act as a point of coordination between the team and internal Procurement stakeholders, support PMO and finance activities, assist the Service Manager, support the Solution Architect, and help the active desk.

Requirements

• currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• ideally in business, information technology, business informatics or a related field
• well organized, reliable and comfortable coordinating several tasks and stakeholders
• communicate clearly and professionally in English; German is an advantage
• attentive to detail and handle information responsibly and discreetly
• curious about technology delivery, marketing technology, procurement or financial services
• comfortable asking questions, following up and raising issues when something needs attention
