Customer Growth Manager

Role Overview

The Customer Growth Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and analyzing CRM campaigns, managing CRM campaigns, and analyzing client portfolios to detect trends in client behavior and corresponding segmentation.

The tasks include development, launch, and analysis of CRM campaigns, management of CRM campaigns, client portfolio analysis, marketing and promotion, and understanding of client segmentation principles and behavior analysis.

• Ability to analyze the client portfolio and detect behavioral trends, form segments
