Business Operations and Assistant – Device Business Department, Group Sales Division (GSD)

Role Overview

The Group Sales Division is a cross-functional organization dedicated to expanding the membership value and ecosystem of the Rakuten Group. The Device Business Department oversees the entire lifecycle of products, including smartphones, data terminals, IoT devices, and accessories.

What You Will Do

Provide operational support and assist the management team across two organizations under the Device Business Department (Device Strategy Section and Device Sales Section).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, or equivalent practical experience

• Business-level proficiency in English
• Must reside within a commutable distance
