Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager drives measurable revenue growth by equipping the sales organization with tools, content, training, and insights to increase win rates, shorten sales cycles, and boost productivity. This role ensures tight alignment between marketing strategy and sales execution, translating business priorities into actionable enablement programs that deliver results.
What You Will Do
Design and run enablement programs, partner with Sales and GTM leadership, lead cross-functional initiatives, measure and refine programs, maintain sales materials, track and analyze sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, operations, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, or technology.
