Role Overview

The Manager, Account Manager | Growth will lead a team of 5-8 Account Managers to capture growth opportunities in existing customers. The role requires building and running a high-performing team, understanding where to prioritize time, engaging with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, and owning the number to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.

What You Will Do

The Manager, Account Manager | Growth will build and run a high-performing team, engage directly with AMs, own the number, hire and develop the next generation of AMs, coach relentlessly, turn what works into a system, and represent Account Management cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience
• Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams
• Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments
• A genuine passion for hiring
• Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel)
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills
• High agency and adaptability
• A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems
