Product Operations Specialist | Juno

Role Overview

The Product Operations Specialist will build and run operating systems to support Juno’s shipping and customer support, turning product decisions into clear operating plans, maintaining visibility in Linear, and coordinating customer testing and launch readiness.

What You Will Do

The role involves providing holistic support across launch lifecycle, maintaining Linear as a reliable operating system, serving as the first line of defense for product-related customer issues, and building AI-powered workflows and automations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, customer experience, technical support, consulting, or another customer-facing analytical role in a fast-moving software company

• ability to run toward ownership, move quickly without losing details, and drive clarity across product, engineering, customer success, customers, and external partners
