Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview

Join the RATP as a Lead Data Scientist to contribute to the mobility of over 8 million passengers in Île-de-France. You will work in the Innovation, Projects, Industrial and Digital Performance (I2P) direction, created to structure and strengthen the accompaniment of the group’s business lines in the conception and deployment of high-performance industrial and digital solutions.

What You Will Do

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for carrying out end-to-end data science and AI projects with high business value, fostering project stakeholders, and ensuring the scientific and technical quality of deliverables.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing end-to-end data science projects, excellent relational and communication skills, and a solid scientific and technical background.

Requirements

• graduate with a BAC+5 in Data Science (or equivalent)
• at least 8 years of experience in Data Science, ideally within large groups and/or in the transport sector
• advanced expertise in mathematics, statistics, and artificial intelligence
• experience in collecting, treating, and analyzing data from various business contexts
• experience in developing and deploying models in an industrial context
• mastery of the data science technical stack, particularly Python, SQL, and Git
