The Director of Marketing & Communications leads RAVE’s brand, product marketing, and external communications strategy across the global in-flight entertainment and connectivity market.
Requirements
- Own the global brand strategy for RAVE, its product portfolio, and employer brand
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with company goals, market positioning, and customer insights
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing and communications team
- Lead product marketing by developing clear value propositions, positioning frameworks, sales enablement materials, and creative assets
- Serve as a brand spokesperson and industry thought leader, driving RAVE’s visibility through media relations, public speaking, and active participation in the IFEC and broader aviation ecosystem
- Manage and optimize the global marketing and communications budget to maximize ROI and support business growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing is aligned and accelerating commercial outcomes
