Role Overview

Join RBC’s IT Change Management team as an Enterprise Change Enablement Manager and drive the modernization of our IT change processes.

What You Will Do

Review, validate, and approve/deny Standard Change Templates (SCTs) against compliance, technical risk, and operational impact standards, and coach the user community on change record quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in IT Change Management or operational technical roles
• Detail orientation and quality assurance mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
• Technical risk assessment and impact analysis capabilities
• Customer service, teamwork, and stakeholder management experience
• Performance analytics and data interpretation skills
