CRM Analyst – Coupons 360°

Role Overview

As a CRM Analyst, you will manage supplier coupons in a 360° vision, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and internal directives. You will be responsible for planning and structuring the calendar of coupon actions, negotiating coupons and promotional conditions, and ensuring alignment and validation of actions with the Legal department.

Your main activities will include planning and structuring the calendar of coupon actions, negotiating coupons and promotional conditions, acting transversally with CRM areas, and managing and monitoring the budget of each action.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in Marketing, Advertising, and Propaganda, Administration, or related areas
• Knowledge in Salesforce, with focus on Marketing Cloud and/or Data Cloud
• Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be considered a differential
• Knowledge in BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) will be considered a differential
• Experience with CRM channels (email marketing, push, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Mastery of the Office package, with emphasis on Excel (analysis and data manipulation) and PowerPoint (presentation construction)
• Knowledge in data analysis and campaign performance metrics
• Familiarity with planning and executing promotional campaigns will be a differential
