Role Overview
This hands-on lifecycle marketing role involves shaping how Mortgage Choice stays connected with consumers, brokers, and franchise teams. The role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to work across campaign delivery, technology, content, data, and stakeholder management.
What You Will Do
The role involves working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver Mortgage Choice communications programs using HubSpot, partnering with Group Office stakeholders and Brokers to understand their needs, and creating practical marketing solutions.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, or communications
- Strong HubSpot expertise, including platform administration, CRM data management, automated nurture journeys, campaign setup, segmentation, workflows, QA, analytics, testing, and reporting
- Proven capability in managing end-to-end campaign delivery from brief through build, QA, launch, and post-campaign analysis
- An open mindset to AI and practical AI capability, with a curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools to continuously improve marketing output and operational performance
- Strong copywriting and editing skills combined with an understanding of the audience needs to create clear, engaging content
- Demonstrated ability to use data, reporting, and testing to improve engagement, lead conversion, and campaign performance
- Ability to work accurately through detailed operational processes while managing competing priorities and changing requirements under pressure
- Skill in troubleshooting HTML, data, workflow, and platform issues, escalating effectively when needed
- Experience building trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including brokers, and communicating clearly across different audiences
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify what needs to happen next
- Resilience, curiosity, and a creative, solution-focused mindset, with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve
