We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end marketing strategy for CampaignAgent, a market-leading campaign funding and pay-later solution for real estate agents and vendors. The role is responsible for brand, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and distribution expansion.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years’ experience in marketing roles across B2B, B2C or marketplace businesses
- Proven experience owning brand, campaigns and demand generation end-to-end
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and funnel optimisation
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Customer teams
- Experience in regulated or high-trust environments (fintech, financial services or proptech desirable)
- Commercially minded and outcome-focused
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Data-literate and comfortable using insights to guide decisions
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while building strong stakeholder relationships
- Pragmatic, adaptable and resilient in a scaling business
