Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with the skills to attract new clientele. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and discipline to cold-call potential customers as well as possess basic selling skills to engage potential customers in accordance to their needs and how our services can provide a solution for them.

What You Will Do

Cold-calling in order to create interest in our services and generate new business leads, Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, Follow-up customer calls daily, Generate qualified opportunities through networking events, outbound calling, seminars/webinars, and various other sales-oriented activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of digital and online marketing services such as website development, SEO, PPC, social media, and various other online marketing tactics.
• Excellent proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and general work-related software.
• Research, prospecting, and sales planning skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and the ability to work with teams are essential.
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Follow instructions clearly and accurately in a timely fashion.
• Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results.
