Partner Manager, Global (US-Based)

Role Overview

The Partner Manager will run the day-to-day management of existing partnerships across payments providers, ISVs, and advisors, keeping relationships active, productive, and accountable.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning the mutual referral process, driving and tracking partner-sourced leads, and making sure partners and internal teams have what they need to bring Recurly into deals.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in partner management, channel management, partner operations, or a related ecosystem role in SaaS, fintech, or payments
• Hands-on experience managing partner relationships day to day, including referral processes, lead tracking, and partner reviews
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, with experience configuring or administering partner-related objects, workflows, or reports
• Experience with partner tooling such as PartnerStack, Crossbeam, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with payments, subscription billing, or recurring revenue models
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run enablement programs, campaigns, and content processes end to end
• Excellent communicator who can work across functions and build trust with partners and internal stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning many moving parts at once
• Based in the US (Austin), with willingness to travel periodically
