Field Marketing Specialist – Wales (12 Months FTC)

Role Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for growing sales and consumption of Red Bull through field marketing in Wales, UK. The role involves working in locations and communities to increase brand visibility, product availability, and brand experiences in key moments when people need energy.

What You Will Do

The Field Marketing Specialist will spend time in the field, working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and sales teams to build mental and physical availability in priority outlets and scenes, winning the hearts and minds of local consumers.

Requirements

• Full driving licence
• English spoken and written

• Analytical mindset with solid planning, budgetary and project‐management competencies
• Creative, with a track record of turning new ideas into practice and assessing results
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training

• Self‐confident, self‐motivated, friendly, loyal, enjoys working with people and able to handle stressful situations
• Strong understanding of sport and culture scenes in the region
• Ongoing understanding of consumer trends and insights (digital, youth trends, university life, mobility patterns)
• Work experience in the sports and/or culture industry, events or marketing agency, with an in‐depth understanding of the local landscape
• Some experience leading teams or managing people (e.g. brand ambassadors, volunteers, Student Marketeers)
• Some experience in sales or working with commercial teams is an advantage
