Role Overview
The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Revenue Operations organization, helping transform data into actionable insights while designing scalable business processes that improve operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for analyzing business performance, optimizing revenue processes, improving CRM data quality, and developing reporting that enables leadership to make informed decisions. The Business Analyst will work across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to standardize processes, strengthen data governance, and support strategic initiatives that improve visibility across the entire customer lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting. Analyze business performance across clients, account executives, industries, geographies, service offerings, and recurring revenue. Monitor and report on key financial and sales metrics. Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical role.
- Strong experience analyzing business performance and developing executive reporting.
- Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes.
- Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
