Role Overview

The Director of Engineering will lead the engineering organization behind a client’s acquisition and digital operations, including managers and tech leads who build AI-native products and agentic workflows. The role requires a deep engineering background to review designs, step into the work when needed, and mentor others.

What You Will Do

The Director of Engineering will lead, coach, and grow engineering managers and tech leads, set the technical strategy, and make sure the team’s work ladders to client and business outcomes. The role will also serve as the senior engineering partner to client executives and stakeholders across product, technology, and data.

Benefits

• Total Cash Compensation Range: $145,000 – $260,000 per year
• New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $181,250 – $325,000 per year
