Role Overview
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and data behind RedTeam’s go-to-market team. You’ll run HubSpot and Gainsight, but the job is bigger than the tools. You’ll find where our revenue processes break down, recommend fixes, and see them through with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot admin experience, including workflows and Operations Hub
- Experience with Gainsight or a similar CS platform (Totango, ChurnZero)
- A track record of designing and rolling out process changes across multiple teams, not just configuring them
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics: pipeline, conversion rates, churn, GRR, and NRR
- Comfortable working independently, setting priorities, and pushing back when something won’t work
- Clear communicator who can explain data and process to both frontline reps and executives
