Customer Operations Representative – Weekend Shift

Role Overview

As a Customer Operations Representative working within Redwood Multimodal, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while overseeing daily operational functions. This is a full-time, hybrid position working Friday through Monday, with employees working onsite on Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and remotely on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include correcting customer problems, data entry, load building, scheduling appointments, and more. You will also provide freight status updates, communicate relevant updates to customer and/or internal carrier account teams, verify all freight charges, and resolve all accounting discrepancies prior to final invoicing.
