Lead FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The Lead FP&A Analyst will partner with the finance group to make sound financial decisions, drive financial awareness across business unit stakeholders, and provide critical analysis to solve mission-critical problems.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will act as the main finance business partner, drive financial awareness, support reporting packages, lead commercial reviews, and own end-to-end financial oversight of a portfolio of projects.

Requirements

• CA Singapore, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent professional accounting/finance qualification
• Significant commercial finance or FP&A experience (typically 6+ years)
• Excellent knowledge of financial modelling and reporting frameworks
• Experience with ERP systems and tools such as Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Google Connected Sheets, BigQuery, and Colab
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to automate tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and functions
• Sound judgement and ability to make timely decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving situations
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to driving efficiencies and improving reporting and analysis
