Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager will lead the technology, reporting, and operational foundation behind RefrigiWear’s digital customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that will own website and marketing-platform performance, improve customer journeys, translate analytics into action, manage technology investments, and guide a team of digital marketing specialists.

The ideal candidate will own website and platform performance, e-commerce operations, technology roadmap, systems integration, digital customer journeys, reporting and analytics, and lead the digital marketing team.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of digital marketing experience, a strong command of core digital marketing principles, and experience with BigCommerce or Shopify, Google Analytics, and API data flows.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of digital marketing experience
• Strong command of core digital marketing principles
• 3-5 years of hands-on BigCommerce or Shopify experience
• At least 5 years managing e-commerce websites generating $10 million or more annually
• At least 2 years of experience with API data flows that synchronize cross-channel marketing data
• Expert knowledge of website technologies, HTML and CSS, content management systems, and marketing-automation tools
• 3-5 years of experience with Google Analytics, GA4, or a similar analytics platform
• At least 1 year managing budgets and, ideally, 1-3 direct reports supporting digital marketing and websites
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; coursework in digital media, web design, or computer programming is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel reporting skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to interpret data and recommend action
