Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to play a key role in supporting the reporting and analytics needs of our Sales and Marketing teams within the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging data to enhance reporting, deliver meaningful insights, and drive informed business decisions. This is a hybrid position based in Milwaukee, WI.

The successful candidate will partner closely with business leadership to identify needs, deliver actionable insights, and enhance business intelligence capabilities across the PES segment. A strong foundation in data governance, creative problem-solving, and technical expertise will be essential in driving continuous improvement, interpreting complex data, and providing recommendations that support business strategy and performance.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Commercial Excellence and will also support the segment’s VP of Sales. The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for delivering best-in-class capabilities in Commercial Analytics, Lead Generation, Sales Incentives, and Salesforce/CRM Management, all aimed at supporting growth objectives in close partnership with the Sales organization.

PES is one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors, variable speed controls, and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating, water heating, commercial refrigeration, pump, leisure water, and other OEM and aftermarket products. Brands include Genteq® motors, as well as Fasco®, Elco®, DEC Star®, Leeson, motor and blowers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, build, and deploy Power BI solutions to commercial needs.
  • Mentor analyst team as a subject matter expert in Power BI.
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover and report on trends and patterns in Salesforce.
  • Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in business analyst role with a focus on Power BI
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or similar.
  • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate performance based upon information from disparate sources.
  • Strong presentation communication skills with the ability to summarize and communicate data clearly and accurately.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions
  • High level of personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Power BI certifications.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Power Apps, and Oracle integration, preferred
  • Commercial experience aligned Sales and Customer Care data and processes strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of data structure best practices – data warehousing, modeling, and mining.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based upon information from disparate sources

Milwaukee, WI; Hybrid role

Travel

Up to 5% travel primarily to North American Regal Rexnord locations
