Role Overview
Regeneron is seeking a Specialist Business Intelligence Architecture Analytics to join their Data, Tech, and Innovation function, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain analytical datasets, data models, and data products while collaborating with Business Intelligence Architecture, reporting, analytics, and downstream stakeholder teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data engineering and analytics workflows; experience with Databricks is preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, engineering, and analysis.
- Experience supporting Tableau dashboards and data visualizations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex datasets.
- Experience developing datasets for downstream artificial intelligence and machine learning use cases preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining preferred.
- Familiarity with clinical trial operational data preferred.
