The Ophthalmology Account Director (OAD) will represent the entire Regeneron ophthalmology product portfolio, connecting with key business decision-makers and influencing customers to educate and administer provider contracts. The OAD will work closely with internal teams and lead customer-facing activities, including educating customers on quarterly GPO program changes and delivering regular contract performance updates.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of industry/relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or related experience
- Previous experience in launching new Specialty Pharmaceutical/Biologics products or indications
- Proven knowledge and relationships with key Executive level decision makers from retina and other market GPOs and institutional trade partners
- Prior retina account or brand experience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and management
- Ability to travel 50-75%, including weekends as necessary
