Role Overview
The Scientist will oversee bioanalysis at external CROs, coordinating assay development, sample analysis, and reporting. They will communicate progress to nonclinical and clinical colleagues and project teams.

Provide scientific and operational oversight on bioanalytical activities, support CRO efforts, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
- BS/MS with 10+ years experience in an industry setting
- Hands-on experience with regulated bioanalysis
- Hands-on experience with assay validation/qualification
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate project goals and deliverables
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
