Role Overview
The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, planning, reporting, and business-partnering support across Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL). The position is responsible for analyzing profitability and business performance, maintaining forecasts and financial models, coordinating the corporate budgeting process, preparing management and external financial reporting, and supporting financial planning across REAL’s diverse operations.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst will analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability across REAL’s events, facilities, programs, and business activities. They will identify key financial and operational drivers affecting performance and explain changes in results. They will develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, financial reporting, accounting or a related finance role
- CPA designation or active progression toward a CPA designation is an asset
- Experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, sports, facilities or another operationally complex environment is an asset
