Role Overview
The Integration Manager, Finance Transformation is responsible for coordinating and integrating cross-functional workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives. This role serves as the central point of alignment between Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Human Resources, and external partners, driving execution of strategic programs that improve financial processes, systems, controls, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and integrate activities across all finance transformation workstreams, including process, technology, data, reporting, controls, and organizational change. Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Six (6) years of relevant experience
- Experience as a team leader
