Role Overview
The AI / Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across the organization. This role combines business intelligence development, data analysis, and artificial intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision-making, improve operational performance, and expand self-service analytics.
What You Will Do
Designs, develops, and maintains interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical solutions that communicate key performance indicators, trends, and business insights. Applies data visualization and user experience best practices to improve report clarity, adoption, and decision-making effectiveness. Evaluates and incorporates new platform capabilities and features that improve reporting and analytical outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, Data Analyst, or similar analytics-focused role
- Demonstrated experience integrating artificial intelligence capabilities into analytics and reporting solutions
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using enterprise business intelligence platforms
- Proficiency with business intelligence technologies (Power BI, AWS Quicksight preferred)
- Understanding AI and machine learning concepts and their application to business analytics, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and natural language capabilities
- Experience working with ERP systems; JDE experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to train, coach, and support non-technical users in the adoption of analytics tools and technologies
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required
