Role Overview
The Sales Manager will provide strategic direction, business planning, and implement measures to ensure the success of the residential HVAC program. They will direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales budget, including profit and loss accountability. They will also be responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities.

Requirements
- Business degree or equivalent working experience
- 5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Possess innovative market development skills
- Results-oriented; high capacity to achieve high level of individual performance and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives
- Flexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes, etc.
- Relationship building; strong ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external contacts
- Integrity and customer focus; experience with interacting with both internal and external customers
