Senior Manager, GTM AI Business Partner

Reltio is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM AI Business Partner to identify and prioritize high-value GTM AI products and workflows, and build or partner with the Enterprise AI Hub to stand up new solutions. This role addresses needs across multiple departments and requires a strong understanding of GTM workflows, AI, and systems fluency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS GTM, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Enablement, Product Strategy, or similar roles
• Builder Mindset: Hands-on curiosity for AI, strong willingness to experiment, and a track record of building or prototyping practical tools, workflows, or operating improvements
• AI and Systems Fluency: Strong conceptual understanding of AI assistants, agents, prompts, grounding, context windows, and the business implications of how systems and connectors work together
