Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative role that allows you to work on strategic planning and creativity. This position is responsible for sales, value-added services, and other related sales functions, especially developing new customers and businesses in designated exhibitions and following up on key customers and loyal customers to promote revenue growth and maintain customer retention.

Requirements

• Timely understand the industry situation, market trends, main customer resources, and coordinate with the sales director to formulate a positive and reasonable sales strategy
• Selling booth sales 100% of the targets (including booth income, roadshow meeting income, advertising project income, e-commerce income)
• Provide effective after-sales services and on-site services to ensure high-level exhibitor satisfaction
• Build a good relationship with exhibitors and ensure exhibitor retention rate reaches our expected level
• Assist the sales director in participating in team building and cultivating team members to improve team members’ professional knowledge, skills, ability, service quality, and work efficiency
• Responsible for developing a few sections, including section development strategy formulation and execution, to enable section rapid growth
• Formulate and execute effective sales plans to recruit key exhibitors in the specified field who have lost
• Deeply and accurately understand the needs of exhibitors and, based on the needs of exhibitors, prepare and provide suitable sales plans for exhibitors in time
• Invite the core buyers and conference audience of the exhibition
• Enter all sales records into the customer management system (GBS) and meet the requirements of the group’s SalesFundamentals
• Sign sales contracts and obtain full payment
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
