Marketing Data Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

Role Overview

The Data Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management, governance, quality, and operational use of customer data across the organization. The role leads a team responsible for delivering data operation services to primarily Marketing but also other business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with RELX data privacy regulations and internal RELX governance requirements.

What You Will Do

Lead daily Data Operations activities across systems and teams, ensuring efficient delivery, prioritization, and resource allocation. Ensure high standards of customer and account data quality, integrity, governance, and GDPR/privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Operations, CRM, Data Management, or a related operational function
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team

• Experience working with CRM systems, data platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience creating and enhancing dashboards and operational reports
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable data solutions
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
