Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting multiple business segments across the organization. This role plays a key part in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through reporting, analytics, process improvement, and operational support.

What You Will Do

Supporting key metrics tracking and reporting for the Sales and Services organization, delivering operational initiatives, developing and maintaining sales resources, providing sales tracking, reporting, and analytical support, and ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functions
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence and process optimization
