Role Overview
We are recruiting a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of projects within agreed scopes, schedules, and budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder / CEO, Creative Director, and specialist partners across brand and strategic marketing engagements.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and developing a clear understanding of their objectives, priorities, and approval processes. You will lead regular client meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions, and provide clear progress updates.

Requirements

- Take responsibility for the retention and growth of existing accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services, projects, and ongoing programmes
