Role Overview
The Manager Analytics Business Intelligence leads the RCS Analytics Products team responsible for delivering and maintaining analytics products such as dashboards, reports, and data models. This role ensures data integrity and product health while balancing hands-on involvement with delegation.
What You Will Do
Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focusing on analytics product delivery and health, oversee development, integrity, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts, and delegate tasks effectively while maintaining hands-on involvement as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field, or 4+ years relevant healthcare data analytics experience
- 4 years hands-on experience with SQL and/or BI tools
- Preferred: Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred: Epic Certifications upon hire
- Preferred: 5 years of progressive management experience in business intelligence, analytics, or report/dashboard delivery
- Preferred: 5 years of project management, change management, business transformation, or process improvement experience
- Preferred: 3 years of revenue cycle experience
